- Mr. Morgan (Frank) was born in 1949, Albany, N.Y. He majored in painting and received a B.F.A from the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford, CT. He also studied with Richard Goetz and Betty Warren at the Malden Bridge School of Art, Malden Bridge, N.Y. In 1974, at the Cape Cod School of Art in Provincetown, MA, he studied with Henry Hensche. Frank now lives and paints in Wellfleet, MA. He shows his work in the summer at the Burdick Art Gallery in Wellfleet.
